A rare moment of still and quiet..

Up until now, Allie has shown very little interest in cartoons or TV. For the most part I think this is a good thing and I definitely haven't done much to encourage it; but I will admit there have been times that I wished more than anything that she would just sit and watch a cartoon or two so I could get something done around the house.


Then the movie "Toy Story" came on TV the other evening. I tuned it in and Allie climbed on the couch with me and became mesmerized. She actually sat still and didn't move for an extended period of time -- a definite first. We watched almost the whole movie this way. It was so nice to just chill out with her!
