Bedtime Buddies

I usually find Allie with all her stuffed animals piled on top of herself when I check on her after putting her down for the night.  She is often drenched in sweat and lying in painful-looking, awkward positions with  stuffed animals both underneath and on top of her.  It's disturbing to see sometimes; but she absolutely insists on having them all with her when she goes to bed.  My routine is to wait until she is asleep and then remove most of the animals and leave a couple at the edge of the crib. 

Lately, I've heard her through the monitor each evening spending several minutes telling each animal to "lay down" and/or telling them "not nice" and putting them in time out.  Those animals sure are good sports!
